Our objective is to provide the best care for our residents and reassurance to their family members. Within the initial 3 months practical suggestions are proposed, discussed, agreed and implemented. It only takes one or two fundamental changes to the care plan, tailoring the service each resident receives, to achieve a happier more comfortable stay at our homes
Typically, this can be as simple as better time management between room and communal areas, to adjusting the menu or to altering the bed construct
